Dana Schultes Dana Schultes is a co-producer and co-host on This Week in the Arts. She has been working professionally in the arts for over 10 years. Dana has a varied expertise in the arts, with a main focus on acting, directing and development, primarly at Stage West. She is signed with the Kim Dawson Agency and works as a narrator for the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s educational series. Dana holds a BFA in Theatre Arts from Texas Wesleyan University. Alexandra Bonifield Alexandra Bonifield Daughter of an award-winning playwright, Hockaday School graduate Alexandra Bonifield has enjoyed life-long involvement in performance arts. A performer, director, producer, arts manager and advocate, she became a NEA/Annenberg Fellow in theatre criticism in 2008 and an award-winning nonfiction writer at the 2008 UNT/Mayborn Non-fiction Writers Conference. For over twenty years, she created and taught youth theatre programs in Texas and California and was nationally recognized for her arts & equestrian summer camp. Recently she lectured in theatre criticism at the University of North Texas. She brings perspective, committed passion and grounded understanding to her commentary, along with Dorothy Parker-style wit. Shane Strawbridge Shane Strawbridge is the host of Theatre Spotlight on This Week in the Arts. Shane is an actor with ties to many theatre companies in the DFW area. Strawbridge has also appeared in several films including A Power Sun, Suitable for Murder, and Nine to Five. When not working as an actor, Strawbridge teaches elementary music in the Irving ISD. Mark Lowry Mark Lowry is a contributor to This Week in the Arts. Mark was a staff writer and theater critic at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram from 1998 to 2008, where he also wrote about dance, opera, dining, music and pop culture. He was a proud drama geek in high school and studied theater in college before turning his focus to journalism at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has been a member of the American Theater Critics Association, and is currently part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Theater Critics Forum. In 2003, he was selected for a fellowship at the National Critics Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center in Waterford, Connecticut. He lives in Dallas. Find Mark online at TheaterJones
